3. 03 (Three) Passport size & 02 (Two) stamp size photographs (for APST) and 03 (Three) passport size & 01 (One) stamp size photograph (for Non APST) - with name and class written at the back.

Transfer Certificate (Original) from the Head of the institution last attended.

Character Certificate (Original) from Head of the institution last attended.

Migration Certificate (Original) for students from outside the state/Open Schools.

ST Certificate – 01 (One) Photocopy duly attested.

B.A. III Semester:

Mark sheet (II Semester): 02 (Two) Photocopies duly attested
