Vission

i. To fulfill the aspirations of the people in general and the intellectual requirements of the students in particular, to impart quality and value-based education in order to tap the innate potential of every student, and to inculcate among teachers and students the fervour and motivation to become role models of honesty, integrity, civilized discourse and humble behavior.

ii. Being the sole government institution of higher learning in the region, the basic objective behind the establishment of this college is to provide opportunities in higher education to economically backward students of the rural tribal areas.

iii. To train, guide and direct the abilities, energies and potentialities of the students in acquiring better knowledge and skills. Emphasis on women empowerment and their participation at all levels.

iv. To develop human resources required at different levels of the society. Besides these goals /objectives, the aim of the institution is enshrined in its motto ‘Parishraman Saphaltan Apnoti’ meaning ‘Hard work is the key to success’.

iv. To develop individuals who are morally righteous, intellectually sound, socially compassionate, emotionally concerned, physically well developed and culturally accomplished.

v. To guide young minds towards social responsibilities and to cultivate creative, constructive and positive minds who think big, think fast, think forward, think sensibly.

vi. To counter superstitions and outdated customs like child marriage, caste system, female foeticide, dowry, gender biases, regionalism etc.
