NSS Unit

The college has a unit of National Service Scheme (NSS) to nurture and develop the personality of the students through community services with the motto “Not Me But You”. The students are required to fill up the prescribed form to become NSS Volunteers, who are awarded certificates on the successful completion of their stipulated period/years as an active volunteer. The NSS Unit undertakes regular activities, such as observation of days of international/national importance, awareness on health & hygiene, cleanliness drives, social service, etc. The volunteers are also given exposure through a special camp in an adopted village as part of NSS’ annual activities. Since its inception, the NSS unit of the college has held special camps in Basar circle, Tirbin circle and Dari Circle; and adopted Nyodu village and Dari village.
